Needs help ...... 11 Ltrs batch

Hi all ,

How to make a small 11 Ltrs extract recipe , so that i can make more type of beer.

Can I just minus from 23 Ltrs ingredients to make 11Ltrs batch?

Your advise is needed.

So you want to make 3 gallons of a recipe that is sized for 6 gallons? It seems reasonable to me that you could just roughly halve the recipe.

Just cut everything, except the yeast in half. 11/23 = 1/2 plus or minus trub.
