Back when I was new and still doing extract kits, I did a Mexican cervesa style beer using WLP940. This was brewed back in May, and transferred to a secondary in July. Its always been in a refrigerator for a some quick impromptu lagaring.
If I ever get around to bottling it, will I need to add more yeast?
