Basicly I forgot to buy hops for me brew im going to be doing tomorrow so have to use some of my other hops. I was going to go for Saaz but it slipped my mind.
Anyway my recipe is:
Coopers Lager Kit
1kg pale malt
500g vienna
500g carapills
100g crystal 60
I'm going to be doing a mini mash instead of adding the 1kg of sugar/DME. It will basically turn the lager kit into an ale as the yeast is just an ale yeast anyway.
I currently have these hops in my freezer:
Topaz 100g
Magnum 100g
Columbus 100g
Fuggles 25g
I have had the 100g packs for a while and never used the hop varieties before so any advice would be great.
