Hey everyone,
Been a home-brewer for about 8 years or so, been loving every minute of it. But last month we made a temporary move to New Zealand, leaving behind all my brewing equipment.... I figured if I can't brew, maybe I could at least talk about brewing?
The NZ craft beer scene is pretty exciting with lots of small contract brews and nano-breweries spring up. I Volunteered at NZ's largest beer festival a few weeks ago, they call it Beervana :cross:
Been thinking about doing some very small scale experimentation with DME, various yeasts, herbs, and small PET bottles. Anyone ever run experiments on small scales that can offer tips?
Also, we're trying to sell our house in Boston with a built in 3 line draft system (2 homebrew, 1 sanky). Any interest?
