Need input from HVAC guy on motor

So I got this free motor from a furnace. its a emerson KA55HXFWR3683.

tag says it's 1/2 hp 1075 rpm but it says its 4 speed. I am assuming 1075 is the highest speed but I cant find a spec for what speed the other 3 are. any idea what the low speed would be. Thinking of using this for grain mill motor but would like to know what is the lowest speed this thing will run at.

if its a ac motor your probably going to have to look into a gear reducer or a differential belt/pulley setup..
