Hi all. I just did my secondary fermentation of a gallon of Kolsch and the kit contains priming sugar and also spray dried malt. Brewer's Best instructions doesn't mention anything about the dried malt, neither in the contents of the ingredients nor the instructions of the second fermentation. Can anyone please confirm if I should use the priming surag,dried malt or both?
