Need Help

hello im from Ecuador and im planning to start a microbrewery 5 barrel system.
Theres a german living in Ecuador who makes good equipment but he does Fermentation and MAduration in SEPARATE vessels... and uses COLD ROOM for both.. So does someone know, comparing to UNITANKS (fermentation and maturation in the same tank) PROS AND CONS.. of each system or which one is better.......

And the brewhouse he makes has 5 vessels separate...HLT... MT...LT.....BK.....WH
Also, can someone help me about this as well. Is it better than just 3 vessels systems...

You may get the information you are looking for here, but this site is mainly for home brewers. The system you are looking for information on is larger than a home brewer would have. This site may have brewers to answer your question.
