Big thanks to everyone who helped with this beer. It turned out a bit more bitter than I like. Not sure why.
I'm going to be making this again just using a different hops for the flavor and add the bittering hops later to try lower the bitterness.

You really only have bittering additions there. I don't know the exact AA% of your palisades but they are usually higher than cascade, you're likely more into IPA range bittering. Assuming the bittering hop is about 8-9% next time I would suggest using 15g at 60 then do 30g at 15, 0, and dry hop of whatever hops you want for flavor/aroma. That would be more of an APA schedule.

Have your brew with some Stilton cheese or a good dry salami. Often times food will balance out the bite. And Stilton is just really good.
 
Will the beer still be drinkable in a few months in terms of freshness. If so I may just hide a few in the cupboard
