So, we have built up a nice selection of leftover hops and was hoping to pull the crowd to see if anyone has some good suggestions of Frankenstein beers given the extra hops we have on hand.

The list...
Hops Weight Estimation
Cascade 0.4 oz
Cluster 0.33 oz
Columbus 2 oz (whole leaf & home grown)
Czech Saaz 1 oz
Fuggle 0.4 oz
HBC 438 1 oz
Hersbrucker 0.25 oz
Hallertau 0.25 oz
Mosiac 0.5 oz
Northern Brewer 0.4 oz
Perle 0.1 oz
Santiam 1.4 oz
Simcoe 0.4 oz
Spalt (German) 1 oz
Tettnang 17 gm
UK Kent Golding 0.33 gm
US Goldings 1.4 oz

We are planning on doing 2 or 3 different beers and didn't want to go the all IPA route (not saying we won't make at least an IPA out of what we have).

Any ideas would be helpful!

We brew extract. Have to buy the LME /DME and steeping grains. Any Ideas are welcome.
