This will be my first IPA and I need to use the hops I already have.

11 gallon batch

20# 2 row
1# crystal 60
1# carapils

Avaliable hops:

magnum
hallertau
vanguard
williamette
perle
cluster
cascade
fuggle
target
columbus
glacier

All suggestions are welcome.

How about Columbus to bitter with Cascade and Glacier at the end of the boil and for dry hopping? I really like Columbus/Amarillo/Simcoe, but Surly 16-Grit was great with Columbus/Amarillo/Glacier (they seem to have replaced the Glacier from Abrasive).

the only 'classic' west-coast IPA hops you've got there are Cascade and Columbus, and I don't know how well those two pair (but I bet you could come up with something tasty there)

You could got with a slightly english-style IPA, though. Bitter with Target, flavour, aroma and DH with Fuggle and Willamette

My choice for Bittering as well AZ!

Magnum full boil assuming 14 Alpha - 2.25 0z for 58.7 IBU
Columbus at 30 min. assuming 15Alpha - 1 oz. for 14.2 IBU
Cascade at 15 min. assuming 5.4 Alpha - 1 oz for 3 IBU
Cascade Dry Hop 5.4 Alpha - 2 oz. for aroma

Total IBU around 76

An english style IPA sounds interesting. I already make an APA with columbus and cascade.

How about this?

2 oz target 60 min
1 oz target 30 min
1 oz fuggle 20 min
1 oz willamette 15 min
1 oz fuggle 10 min
1 oz willamette 5 min
1 oz fuggle DH
1 oz willamette DH

This gives me about 45 IBU.
