Need help with a Oatmeal Chocolate Stout recipe

I have some ingredients that I received from Brewtoad but not sure if I can brew an Oatmeal Chocolate Stout with it. If not, I need to know what else I would need to buy.
I have;
8 Lbs of Fawcett Maris Otter Malt
8 oz of Black Roasted Barley
1 Lb of Irish Moss
Irish Ale Yeast (pure pitch)
Crystal Hops Pellets

Any advise would be much appreciated.

That's more in the dry Irish stout ballpark than chocolate stout.
