I'm looking to run two 120v 1500-2000w elements in a 10 gal SS kettle.
I don't have room for close-by spa panel but have two unused 20A circuits available for use.
I'm planning for a 2 tier system with one pump and one PID.
Currently my plan is for only 5 gallon batches.
I've been reviewing alot of the single and dual element systems but I'm not sure where I need to make changes to represent what I'm looking for.
