I have 2 1500 watt elements, so many temperature controllers to choose from, looking for any advice please.

We need a little more info, please. 120v or 240v? HLT or boil kettle, or both? Build your own control, or off the shelf? What size batches? Automation or manual control? And anything else you might think important.

Electrically speaking, theres no 120v outlets that can power both those elements at the same time... so that means you need two controllers

Unless the rules changed, I'm pretty sure we can't talk about distilling... So by keg still you meant brew keggle right? You want to use two 120v 1500w simultaneously in your brew kettle... Right? There's a number of different ways to do this for homebrewing beer, if you want to just be able to turn them on and off and don't need to have control over power output just wire them each to a 120v switch (one per element)... I think a 15a circuit can handle one of the elements only so you'll need two circuits. Depending on what your exact needs are (in terms or temp/power output control) the build gets more complicated from there.
