Need help! Books, sites, videos!

Hi!

We did our first all grain brew yesterday and it was a mess! We had no clear idea of what we were doing and it's been one of the nicest experience I had! But now I would like to know step by step what to do. I need some documentation to help me figure out that stuff. Especially the about the calculation, what to calcul, when to use the hydrometer, etc.
