Need a book...

A friend just got an offset grill/smoker, but only has very basic experience with grilling & zero experience with smoking. I thought it would be nice to give an informative book loaded with tricks, tips & recipes, but I'm not all that well versed in grilling/smoking literature. So what are your favourite grilling/smoking books? Regards, GF.

My parents got this for me when I got my first grill. Lots of good recipes and some good info on grilling. A lot of the info translates to propane grilling if that is what your friend has.

Also, I don't smoke meat yet..but my buddy does and he loves this site for smoking. Lots of good info on there to.
