NB Plinian Legacy

Just dropped in the last dry hop addition before kegging the Plinian Legacy. I fear I may have added too much Amarillo hops....I should have waited till the kids cartoon time....anyhow, do you think I just messed up the entire batch?!

Absolutely not. Amarillo is a great dry hop! As long as you followed the recipe you will have a great beer. I have brewed it many times.

Never too much Amarillo. That hop is by far my favorite of any hop I've yet to try. I mean, I make a 5.2% APA with 2oz of Amarillo dry hop 3 days before kegging and I have been thinking about doing a double dry hop version of it with 1 oz at 48hrs after yeast pitch and 2 oz 3 days before kegging.

Good to hear. I guess I will know in a week or so. Definitely messed up the dry hopping.
