I brewed NB American amber ale and bottled it on April 25 with the priming sugar provided in the kit. It is now May 23 and the beer is extremely flat. When poring the beer you get very little if no head. The beer has been in a closet at 72 degrees for over three weeks, any ideas on why it's not carbonating.

Edit, by the way I used Gelatine on this batch, could it have wipe out all my yeast for carbonation?
