Are you going to brew one of the AHA recipes or something else?

I'm leaning toward a saison but I am also consodering a traditional hefe.

I hope to brew either a smoked porter, or a chocolate hazelnut porter.

bk, sounds delicious! Our NHD brew will likely be an Imperial Cherry Porter. We'll be aging it on Oregon Cherry Puree for a bit -- definitely excited for it...

I am doing a first time APA SMASH recipe with Amarillo, then just for a real fun time I plan on cleaning and sanitizing 10 corney kegs.:ban:

I guess if I am going to brew my saison I need to order soon since I can't get Wyeast 3711 here locally. It took 10 days to get my order from AHS last time.

Ill be brewing 10 gallons of centennial blonde for my wifes bday bbq at the end of may. Id rather be brewing the falconers flight ipa I have planned though.

Oldest son is graduating High School on 5/7, so we will be having a party instead. Pork butts on the smoker, and homebrew on tap.

Bad timing anyway, I have 10 gallons of lager in the fermentation chiller, and am not planning on brewing again until 5/14.

I invited a group of friends that have never brewed and some that have over to my place and do either a Cream Ale or a Glacier Pale Ale

Had to cancel brewing this day as we'll be attending a Celebration of Life in honor of the passing of a close friend. But I will hoist a pint or two in his honor. After all, it was he who got me in to brewing!

My first attempt at a Belgian IPA recipe I worked up, I call it Big Boy Pants.
10.5% ABV, 70 IBUs
mmmmmmm

My AHA East India Pale Ale is already bottled. I do a batch early every year to hand out @ work for National Homebrew Day.

I will be brewing 10 12 gallons of oatmeal stout at Hopmans in Waterford, MI. Should be a fun day.

couldn't tell you...this site, morebeer, and rebel brewer are some of the few i can actually view...most others are blocked

Yeah I can't get to any of those on my ASP/work desktop but my local is free game.

I still have two of AHS's 20th anniversary kits, so I reckon i'll probably do the Extract lemon wheat, just cuz i'm lazy and it'll be easy. Can't wait though, just the same!

I'll be brewing 5 gallons of smoked barley wine and with second runnings 5 gallons of porter.

However National Homebrew Day coincides with Derby Day, which typically is just a heavy drinking day, so plans may change.

Adoption Party for one of my In-Law's former foster kids is that day. Can't miss that, so I suspect I'll not be brewing on the day, but I may be brewing that weekend.
