Hello. I plan to open a nano brewery (in Europe), i have found almost all the equipment needed, except a HLT, and i am not sure if i need one.

I will use an electric brewing kettle with a 500 l capacity:
https://www.brouwland.com/en/our-pr...brewing-kettle-500-l-electr-30kw#.VS704WaPicM

and an 500 l lauter tun:
https://www.brouwland.com/en/our-pr...s/d/b-tech-base-lauter-tun-500-l#.VS706maPicM

I will do the mash in the brewing kettle, then i move the wort and the grains in the lauter tun using the incorporated pump, then the brewing kettle will remain empty, i can boil there the water needed for sparging ? Then i will move back the wort from the lauter tun into the brewing kettle using gravity. Or i will need an HLT ?

In that case, what could i use for a HLT ? I can't find something big enough (at least not in Europe). There would be Blichmann Boilermaker but it has only 208 liters, and i need it bigger as my brew kettle and mash tun will be 500 liters.

Is there any way i could transform this into a HLT ? (with gas or electric)

Also i will need a cheap method to label the bottles, what could we use ? We will have around 1300-1400 bottles each batch.

I want to buy them from Europe or from USA if they deliver to Europe (and it's not too expensive).

Thank you !
