Yeah....this is really weird. That's my photo. I've never uploaded it to the web until I posted it yesterday...I googled norther rockies galcial valley and this was on the first page. Glacier National Park looks kinda similar. LOL![]()

So, it is Glacier National Park, can you find the spot though?
I know there is a tunnel a little further up the road as I saw another pic with the tunnel showing.is there a tunnel close to that spot?

Yup! I took that pic in '17, not too long after moving back to MT. It was my wife's first national park, and wound up being like a religious experience for her since she had never seen anything like it before.logan pass, montana?

But I think Brisbane might be closer than Darwin.
Travel distance since Darwin has to rendezvous with the southern railway line before turning towards Western Austrailia, maybe. But crow-flies, 1700 miles to Darwin and 2250 miles to Brisbane according to Google Earth's ruler. My pic to follow shortly.Dammit I’ve stood on that hill.
