I was worried about this, so I did some more digging. Apparently it's a natural wild yeast that clings to the berries. I picked what was there, and dehydrated them, but by the time I got around to it I think that yeast had started to do a little work. The zip lock bag smell like 2 buck chuck. They smelled good in the dehydrator though.
