Hi everyone. I got a new kit from the family for Christmas. Found this board and got lots of great pointers so far. Made my first batch yesterday afternoon (Amber Ale) and this morning I awoke to a bubbling airlock! :ban:

I've been reading the "How to Brew" book and its amazing how similar the process is to car detailing, which I do on the side. This is something I should have got into a long time ago, but better late then never!:mug:

Congrats on the kit, the first beer and finding this site. Ton of great info and helpful folks here ready answer any questions. Palmer's book is also a great source for getting started as well as some more advanced techniques.
