I admit i have pretty much no knowledge of water for brewing. I did however go to Ward Labs for analysis. Here are my results. Any advice would be welcomed. This is for all grain brewing by the way.

pH 7.5
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Est, ppm 141
Electrical Conductivity, mmho/cm 0.23
Cations / Anions, me/L 2.1 / 2.0
ppm
Sodium, Na 18
Potassium, K 2
Calcium, Ca 14
Magnesium, Mg 6
Total Hardness, CaCO3 60
Nitrate, NO3-N 4.4 (SAFE)
Sulfate, SO4-S 5
Chloride, Cl 21
Carbonate, CO3 < 1
Bicarbonate, HCO3 48
Total Alkalinity, CaCO3 39

That is excellent brewing water that can be adjusted for most styles of beer. Read through and apply the Primer (sticky) for a few brew days and see how it impacts your beers.

Either filter your water through active charcoal and/or use a 1/4 Campden tablet crushed into 5 gallons of water before brewing to remove chlorine or chloramine. Alternatively, you can also prepare your water the day before, stir vigorously, to gas off the chlorine as it sits.
