My Venturi Aerator

Have tried it a number of times myself and have failed every time.

Option 1) my racking cane ID is just too small for there to be enough increase in flow. Or option 2) I'm just incompetent.

Heres the video. I use a pump so Im not sure if that makes a difference vs a racking cane. I practiced with water first to make sure I got it right. Had to loosen the clamps some and presto!
