My system is starting to come alive.

Auber Brew Panel with EZboil PID. Was able to mount it out of the way for a pretty sleek look I think. Will be running a 2 vessel system temporarily. Need to ultimately source the other two spike kettles in order to run the 3 vessel later. But this should work. Still need to drill a hole for the power cable and element cable to run through. The pumps plug right into the back. So, most of the wiring will be hidden. I still need to find what configuration works best as far as hoses, etc. left to right or vise versa. What do you guys think?

I think it looks great! I run my 3 vessel e-herms from right to left, HLT on the right, then MLT and then Boil kettle. Since your sink is on the right you might want to run yours left to right with your boil kettle by the sink. Either way though your system looks great so far!
