I am about to start my second brew and I have a couple of questions.
My plan is to make the following.
"Belgian Wheat"
5 gallon batch
Coopers Wheat Extract (LME) 3.75 lbs.
Additional 2.0 lbs. Light Malt Extract from local brew shop. (LME)
Yeast: Safbrew WB-06
Additions:
1 oz. Coriander
1 oz. Bitter Orange Peel
My questions:
When should I add the Orange Peel ?
When should I add the Coriander ?
Feel free to advise and / or comment on my recipe.
I appreciate any and all feed back.
