This is just an idea I have with what ingredients I have available. It's an AG recipe and I do not have great efficiency yet. I'm shooting for an American Ale or Blonde Ale type beer.

Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt
8 lbs, 0 oz
Crisp Pale Ale
2 lbs, 0 oz
Crisp Maris Otter
1 lbs, 0 oz
Crisp Chocolate Malt
0 lbs, 3 oz
Amarillo Whole Leaf
1 oz @ 60 mins
Cascade Pellets
1 oz @ 30 mins
Mt. Hood Pellets
1 oz @ 5 mins
Ale Yeast

Changes?

Crisp Chocolate is pretty dark as choc malts go, in the 600ºLov range IIRC. It may color your beer more than you are expecting, and nothing like what could be accurately described as blonde.

Agreed about dropping the chocolate. I'd also consider moving the 30 minute addition to 20 minutes, to enhance the hop flavor.
