I pitched my yeast, safale 05, this afternoon around eleven and went to work. I came home tofind out my brother did his rounds in the ferm fridge and left the temp probe out, stc1000, for at least a few hours. When I looked at the fermometers they read in the 50s. I also have a mead going as well. Should everything be fine when it comes back up to temp or are my yeasties toast? The mead was using 1116.
