Did an AG clone of Rogue's Brutal Bitter yesterday.
Used a half pound, entirely of crystal hops. Man did it smell good.

After the session was over I cracked open a Russian River Blind Pig.... BINGO, my friend the crystal again! (Honestly I don't really know if they really use crystal, but the taste reminded me so much of the brew session so that's what I'm calling it).

Due to hanging over the kettle yesterday it's stuck on me and/or gone up my nose.... so now I keep getting wiffs of the crystal. This is not a bad thing. :D
 
If you've got a Jim N Nick's barbeque location near you, try their Mudbone house ale; it's all crystal hops and is exceedingly delicious.
