So last night, I sucked down my last few bottles of Cream of Three Crops, which were awesome, btw... 
Anyway, it was still early and I had about 30 minutes of the movie I was watching left to go. I go to the fridge and being that I don't have anything else bottled at the moment, I grab a Miller Lite.
I get back to my desk, open it, pour it, unpause the movie and wait for the head on my beer to die down a little. A couple of minutes go by, I'm all engrossed in my movie again, I grab my glass, take a sip and without even realizing it, "Cardboard... OXIDATION! Yes!!" I didn't even have to look it up...
