So I had some extra hops and yeast from other recipes I had previously made, and decided to create my own recipe using them, This is my first recipe that I created, and would like to know what people think. It smelled great while brewing it, and am looking forward to trying it when it is ready!

1 Gallon Batch Size

2.5 quarts water for mash, plus 1 gallon for sparge
2 lbs. Pale Ale Malt, Munton's 2-row
0.25 lbs. Caramel 20
0.25 lbs. Caramel 40
0.25 lbs. CaraPils

60-min boil
0.2 oz. UK Fuggle hops (added after 20 min.)
0.2 oz Willamette hops (added after 40 min.)
0.5 tsp Irish Moss (added after 50 min.)
Half package Windsor Dry Ale yeast

It has an OG of 1.054, and SRM of about 12.
I would love to know what everyone thinks of it! Thanks!

Using "that yeast" and with that amount of crystal,be prepared for the beer to stall.
Maybe take omit the carapils and use some simple sugar instead?
Help the yeast attenuate a little
