I'm interested in brewing a fruit lambic and was wondering how to do it. I've read an article where someone put some brett beer in after fermentation to infect it. Would this work with Lindemanns framboise?

No. I wouldn't think it would work very well Lindemanns is filtered and pasteurized. But here is a list of beers that would work http://www.themadfermentationist.com/2010/06/harvesting-sour-beer-bottle-dregs.html?m=1
A lot of people use use a clean yeast pitch an add bugs in a secondary.
My first sour I used a mixed blend Wyeast 3278. I pitched into primary. Moved to secondary with raspberries and it was great.

How much raspberry did you add to how big of a batch?

Four cans of Oregon raspberries for a five gallon batch. I pureed them in a blender.
