Started with Midwest's Simply Beer American Wheat kit, 6lbs wheat LME and 1oz each of Willamette and Cascade hops, as a base and made Blueberry, Cherry, Strawberry and wheat. Fermented for 2 weeks and then split it up when it came time for the secondary. I used 1lb of fruit for each bucket, added the fruit first, filled them to the 1.5 gallon mark and put what was left in a forth bucket without adding anything. Left them in the secondary for 2 weeks and bottled them yesterday. Having some friends over for a fire in 2 weeks and we'll see how it turned out.
