Hi, just had to share this because I'm so excited

Yesterday I had my brewing class at Mountain Man Wine and Brew Supply in Berkeley Springs WV. It was a super great experience. If any of you are in the area, I recommend you come to the shop.

The beer I made was a Witbier from a kit. OG was 1.048. It ended up, to my surprise, being a partial mash, so that kinda enhanced my learning experience. After taking the OG I tried the sample and wow it was good. As long as everything goes well I'm confident of ending up with a great witbier.

While we were brewing I tried his dirty blonde ale and even though I normally don't like the taste of hops much, this one was well balanced and great. I would definitely be open to trying that recipe in the future

Once again thanks to Mountain Man Wine and Brew Supply :ban:
