and it was delicious. A pretty hoppy IPA with nice bitterness. Great head retention and lacing on the glass! One of my favorite beers, although I might be biased

Reminded me of Stone IPA

This was 9 days into bottle conditioning. Trying about one per week as per some suggestions to observe the conditioning benefits.

Oh I already have some bad cow stout in a primary and some EdWort Apfelwein in a carboy.
