Ok so I've had more than a few samples before tonight. But tonight marks two weeks in bottles.

Got a great head retention, decent clarity (could see the tv images through the glass), and great taste. All this from extract.


It's official. I'm hooked. Now to finish my mash/lauter tun project....

Btw. This is a pale ale from the basic kit from the first purchase. All LME.

Congratulations! Two weeks is still a pretty short carb time though, so it should still keep getting better.
