I would have preferred natural commentary and absolutely no background music. Music in documentaries about polar bears etc drives me wacky. Almost all my friends agree. TEll us about the type of beers you brew, the hops you use etc. Oh, and well done!

I wanna hear more about the ice cream maker/sparge arm/mash stirrer thingy-ma-jig. I'm sure I could figure it out myself but I'd love to hear all the trials and errors that went into figuring out how to use that thing.
