Ok, so it is actually the setup at Guinness.

I looked at that pic and said to myself, I know I have seen that sign/layout somewhere.........Guiness Storehouse. Just had the pleasure of taking that tour a couple weeks ago. I now can pour a perfect pint...at least that what the certificate they gave me says.
