My beers are turning sour and I don't know what to do

Update. I cleaned and sanitized my glass carboy and used new sanitized tubes for transfer from brew kettle. Also fermenting in a different spot in the apartment. These are pictures from today, day 6 of primary. In my year of brewing, I have not seen had this happen at all. What is going on in there?

Looks like the stuff that normally winds up on the sides and sloped top surfaces of my carboy when I brew a stout or porter...except floating in yours. Looks like your level's lower so maybe the krausen just never reached the top.

There does seem to be rather a lot of it, though. How were your hot and cold breaks?
 
Actually my bad, I forgot to mention that I did use bottled spring water on this brew as well
