I do not have 220 available.
My induction plate is 1800 watts.
I added two 6” x 12” silicone drum heaters to the outside of my kettle for 1440 watts.
They run without a thermostat during boil.
I have to use 2 separate 20 amp circuit’s.
The only limiting factor is max weight on the induction plate is 65#.
But it works great for my 3 gallon setup.

That setup is intriguing!
Do you have the pads plugged into a GFCI socket? I hope so...

Is it possible to put reflective insulation around the whole or most of the kettle, to reduce heat loss?
I don't know if insulation may cover those heating pads though. Are they self-stick?
If you do put insulation around, keep the wires from the pads on the outside of the insulation, so they don't get cooked or soft/damaged.

The only limiting factor is max weight on the induction plate is 65#.
I don't see that being a limited factor for 3 gallon brews, being 35# max, including kettle.
An 8 gallon kettle full with wort weights around 67 lbs.

LOL heat loss😄
With this amount of wattage I don’t worry about it.
Kettle is 8 gallons.
I can hold mash temps with just induction at #2 power setting and recirc pump.
I start boil with just under 5 gallons.
The hotplate will not boil this amount.
So I ended up with this setup.
I can in no way take credit for this concept.
I saw it somewhere and copied it.
Heat pads are self adhesive.
