I have some left over grains and hops.
I was thinking of using what I have as leftovers for a stout,
I am malting 5 lbs pale malt (I have plenty of Barley) so I could malt about anything extra I would need.
have close to a couple lbs of Carmel and a couple lbs of Choc malt left over from last batches
Have plenty of Willemite hops from my 1st year plants.
I will pick up some Stout yeast.
Thoughts, will this be a stout or more of a dark ale?
