Here's my grain bill for 4 gallons:
8 lb - Belgian - Pilsner (82.1%)
1 lb - American - Munich - Light 10L (10.3%)
8 oz - Belgian - Aromatic (5.1%)
4 oz - Belgian - Special B (2.6%)
OG should be about 1.065. I plan to bitter it with Aramis hops to about 25 IBU, add a little Aramis at 15 minutes (about 4 more IBU) and ferment with K-97 yeast.
I also have a few pounds of Vienna malt. Would that be better than the Munich? I don't want to get it *too* malty with both Munich and aromatic, OTOH maybe Biere de Garde is supposed to be too malty
