So lhbs has Munich on sale this week, normally don't use lme, but they have been closing out several odd ball lme varietys the past month and I've been making simple beers on the cheap to keep my pipeline open.
What should I do with this though? I'm thinking on getting 1 can to use to make simple Graff, but if I grab a couple more cans what would be a good recipe?
Would this type of lme make sence to do a spiced beer. Have some left over from a sterling gold. Grains of paradice, coriander, and bitter orange peal. If I did what hops?
