Munich LME vs Pilsen LME in a stout?

So, apparently when I ordered my ingredients to make John Palmer's Mill Run Stout, I accidentally ordered Briess Munich LME instead of the Briess Pilsen LME the recipe calls for. Is this likely to produce off-flavours in the stout, or should I be okay?
 
Sounds fine. The munichs more bready and toasty and a more pronounced "malt" flavor. It will mostly still be dominated by the roasted stout flavors though.
