I had a extract irish red receipe in extract that turned out really good but so thought I would try it in all grian. Original one had munich 60 L and I in my morning stupor bouth caramel 60L.
What do you think will be most noticable difference if I dont' go back to the store?
basic ind.5 gallon batch all grain
1/2 lbs roasted barley
9.5 lbs brewers malt(met to get pale again half a sleep)
1.5 lbs caramel/crystal 20L
1 lbs of munich which is now crystal 60L
