Mt. Hood wet hop recipe ideas

Just harvested my Mt. Hood hops today from my backyard. I have enough probably to do a couple of batches but was wondering about a recipe to use for Mt. Hood.

I'm an ale brewer and I have some other hops around that I can add to the mix: Magnum, Fuggles, Willamette, NZ Hallertau. Would a single hop ale work with Mt. Hood?

How about a fresh hopped saison...? Pretty much any of those hops could work well.

I'm thinking of a nice American Wheat!

50% Wheat, 50% US 2-row Pale. Bittering additions at 60. Flavor at 20. Finish with NZ Hallertau or Willemette at 2 or 0 .... Hrrmmmmm...
