New one...

"I am aware! I am aware!"

LOL! I told you (OK, maybe not you, but I've mentioned it) about those war movie quotes.

I lived 26 miles from the Nurnberg airport (Nuremberg in English...which German asked me if I knew why Americans changed the names fro some cites and not others) for 5 years and flew in and out of there dozens of times.

I've stopped at the courthouse a number of times to show it to friends who were WWII buffs.

EDIT: I said Judgment at Nurnberg, but I forgot to Anglicize it...Nuremberg...final answer.

(I also have this DVD).

Same here. Try this one:

Sergeant, there's one thing I oughtta tell you; if you lay a hand on White Buffalo again, I'll kill ya'.

TRIVIA: I took my wife and mother to the house where this actor (who spoke the quote above) was born.

TRIVIA: Do you remember Iron Eyes Cody from the crying Indian commercial? He wasn't Native American. He was Italian.

I remember reading he was Italian somewhere...
Know who the quote is.... Can't remember the movie..

Man homebrewer, I had to Google that one. Looks like a good movie though

I agree. It is. I hope you get to watch it. I'm a young 64, so my "references" go back further...LOL! It was on the other night too. I have it on DVD also.

I picked up 3 movies the other day and another 3 today...$1.88 each at Good Will. Better than Redbox...I OWN the movie, not just rent it.

Heck yeah, you're only 14 yrs older than me, hard to beat a good deal. I'm enjoying this forum, wish I'd gotten into brewing sooner than this now.

Sheldon? No, you didn't have great $ex with 'Sheldon'. A Sheldon can do your income taxes. If you need a root canal Sheldon's your man, but humping and pumping is not Sheldon's strong suit... It's the name. Do it to me 'Sheldon', you're an animal 'Sheldon', ride me big 'Sheldon'. Doesn't work.

FYI: OK, it's NOT your turn...but that's (Billy Crystal) from When Harry Met Sally.

Then there's that other great line at dinner: "No one ever quoted me to me before".

EDIT: I sniff airlocks too...

No chance of me remembering which movie. Too many to choose from

OK...Chisum. It's the part where the Sgt is trying to get the old chief into the wagon and he stands there. JW comes back and gives them both cigars. JW says it while lighting the Sgt's cigar. Remember now?

Why don't you take the next one...

Vaguely. I remember the line, but I couldn't begin to remember the last time I saw the movie. Probably with my dad when I was a kid

I think I saw it just last week. There's a new channel called GRIT that plays westerns.

The good part about it is when one movie is ending they put it in a small box while starting the next one.

Sadly, they "format" all the wide screen films to squares. What a waste. I really hate that format.

EDIT: 10:33 AM...We have a funeral to go to so I'll be out for a couple of hours.

EDIT: 5:22 PM...I'm back.
