Morning Crash

This morning I decided I was going to test the gravity of an IPA I started. I think a higher power told me that it was too soon to test the gravity because after sanitizing everything I grabbed for my hydrometer. I made it five feet and out it came. I forgot to put the caps on my case and pieces of the hydrometer went everywhere on the ceramic tile floor.

Just makes me feel dumb... I guess i have an excused to go to the local brew shop next week.

If it makes you feel any better, I broke a brand new one yesterday too.

Now you can upgrade to a refractometer, not that it would have tolerated the crash much better.
