i was just wondering if i used a mogans ipa kit and muntons dry spray malt 500gmand 1 tub of high malt sugar and a 25 gm saaz hops would it turn out real sweet if so what could i do to take some of the sweet taste out of it i have been useing corn sugar and it ok but not all that great just wondering how i can take a standard kit and make it better
