Hi today I got myself some pilsner malt, caramel malt and chocolate malt. Some Saaz and Hallertau hops. I wanted to create my own recipe for the first time. I made a 2 gallon batch.

2.6 lbs of pilsner malt
1.2 lbs of caramel malt
.5 lb of chocolate malt

60 min .3 oz of saaz
30 min .2 oz saaz + .2 oz of hallertau
15 min .3 oz saaz
5 min .3 hallertau
Used ale yeast

This is my 4th brew so far 1st without a kit and I am really nervous, have I even made something drinkable, if so more or less which type of beer would be most similar to this?

It's WAY too much crystal malt, and heavy on the chocolate malt.

Your recipe is almost 50% specialty malt.

It's a roasty sweet German ale, unlike anything I"ve seen so I wouldn't be able to classify it. It wouldn't be drinkable by me, but maybe you will find it drinkable when it's done.

Next time, remember to keep your specialty grains to 20% or less of your grainbill, depending on what you're making. You can go much less, and use 5-7% crystal malt for sweetness in many ales. Chocolate malt is also best in smaller doses, and has a strong roast flavor.

Hmmm  I have not pitched the yeast yet so is their any way I could fix this like brewing a gallon of all pilsner malt with hops and mixing it with this wort?

Yes you could do that, id do exactly that, possibly even 2 gallons of pilsner malt only if you have the carboy space

If you have fermentor space, brew up another batch of wort with only pilsner or 2-row. Then combine the two and pitch your yeast.

If not, buy yourself a bucket so you do have fermentor space.
